Great value. Nice true-tone. Paper decently thick. Good lined margins to write on. For the money: a real bargain. I take down my sermon notes each Sunday with it. Then write them up on my Cambridge wide margin bible. Glory to God most gracious in his provision.

I have bought numerous different style KJV/NKJV Thomas Nelson Bibles for myself and kids. This is my first journal bible, and it is wonderful. I keep complementing it when using it during reading time with the kids. New font is very pleasing, the feel of the pages is smooth but not flimsy with a very pleasant off-white color, comprehensive center column references, very useful section headings within each chapter, and of course plenty of room for notes. It doesn't have maps, but I don't mind because map pages are always the first to begin separating from the binding when bibles age.
